JMC Steel Engineering is founded by its Founders, Mr Chan Kuan Weng and Mr Ngaw Shoo Jen, who have more than 20 years of experience in the manufacture of commercial vehicle bodies. Starting out, the Founders envisaged a company that would rise above the rest by delivering not only a premium product with an emphasis on quality, but also exceptionally high levels of customer service; something the Founders felt was lacking in the industry.

The Founders had conceived the idea of setting up and manage a specialist company in truck body and container box builder with the knowledge and experience they have gains in the manufacture of commercial vehicle bodies industry along the years. Throughout the years, the Founders were facing various challenges in the process of setting up the business.

However, the Founders have never giving up and upholding the principles of on the foundation of strong business ethics and compliance, to do business sustainably and in a way that creates shared value. The Founders have overcome the hardship and JMC Steel Engineering was successfully incorporated in year 2019.
